Meet the Founder

Hello, my name is Nicole Wright, Founder of Hope Dealers, LLC and a Recovery Neuroscience Educator.

Hope Dealers was born from both professional training and lived experience — a deep understanding of how addiction, trauma, stress, and life transitions impact the brain, nervous system, and identity.

For years, I witnessed a pattern: people were told to “be stronger,” “try harder,” or “just stop.” They were taught to perform recovery without ever understanding what was happening inside their brain and body.

Without that understanding, recovery can feel confusing, unstable, and filled with unnecessary shame.

Hope Dealers exists to change that.

I teach individuals how healing actually works — neurologically, emotionally, and spiritually — so they can move out of survival mode and into clarity, regulation, stability, and purpose.

Recovery is not about pretending to be strong.
Recovery is about becoming regulated, aware, and whole.

When people understand their brain and nervous system:

• Fear decreases.

• Shame loses its grip.

• Confidence returns.

• Identity is restored.

Heart–Brain Coherence

Healing happens when the brain and heart work together. Hope Dealers was created to restore clarity, dignity, and identity through neuroscience, faith, and lived experience. At the center of this work is one principle: regulation precedes transformation.

When the nervous system is dysregulated, life feels chaotic, overwhelming, reactive, and uncertain. Decisions are made from fear. Identity feels fragile. Stress controls behavior. When the nervous system becomes regulated:

Clarity returns. Discernment strengthens. Emotional stability increases. Identity becomes grounded. Insight Gained!

This is what we call heart–brain coherence — alignment between neurological stability and emotional truth.
